In this journey they’ve been able to not only improve farmer incomes, but also provide employment to local communities in Sangli, Mangalore and Purnia, places where Farmley has setup it’s state of the art farm gate processing centres. Over 60% of the employees at these processing centres are women and over 90% of employees are people from the local community. Abhishek has remained true to his values of generating value for all stakeholders in the way he has built up Farmley as a brand to reckon with.
