Objective
- To promote international collaborations.

Guidelines
- The DAC/CAC of the local host should accept the visitor in their department/centre.
- The affiliation of the visiting faculty, researcher or student shall be in the top 500 of QS World University Rankings or in the top 200 of QS World University Rankings by subject.
OR
The host should be a co-supervisor of the student.

Funding Available For
- Host must book suitable accommodation (IITR Guest House / students' hostel) on campus before the arrival of the visitor. Rent for accommodation at IITR and meals availed at IITR guest houses/hostels shall be taken care of fully.
- Domestic travel.
Support includes campus accommodation, meals at IITR guest houses/hostels,
and domestic travel as applicable under the scheme.
